The entry level candidate for this position will be responsible to participate and assist the team in the following tasks: Proposals Writing- (We will train the right person to write, produce, edit, modify and finalize clear and concise project specific proposals from RFP's, RFI's RFQ's,,so don't be worried if you have never written one before). Candidate will interact with Company Principals/Associates/Business Development Team and Others to ensure quality, errorless proposals , qualifications and accurate estimating sheets. Responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and tracking proposals from start to send and then assist the business development team with follow ups, alerts & schedules as required. Meet or beat hard deadlines as required. Assist the proposal writing team with maintaining best processes, practices and modifying template language as required for achieving a superior proposal experience for Clients and Potential Clients. This is not a stenographers position, we want you to be wise and creative in this process so we can constantly better our existing processes. Call/Email our Clients/Prospects (as required) to obtain any additional project information needed for accuracy in providing our proposals. File and maintain filing of hardcopies of proposal folders as required. Database(s) - Assist with maintaining and data entry for both building and sales databases. Presentations -- Assist with interview/speaker preparation and support, ensure quality of message and networking experience. Project Plates - Assist with writing and image selection, ensure consistency of design Collect and enter project data, and project message and project story. Advocate for project monographs, but not responsible for. Résumés - Inform individuals (staff) of inclusion in a proposal or qualifications package request, individual updates via intranet, establish process for updating studio resumes. Market specific research as required Update boiler plate narrative and company data information of qualification packages and other marketing materials, as needed or requested. Photography -- assist with obtaining and managing project and employee photographs and keeping or maintaining accurate logs/lists Mailing Lists -- help team by updating and managing current lists for marketing distribution purposes Assist with various administrative tasks related to our business development/proposal/ marketing department Attend some quarterly Networking and Tradeshow events (most local) representing company in the best possible light Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate should have a recent 4 year degree in a related field of study or just graduating with a similar degree from an accredited higher education institution. Candidate must be computer and internet savvy and fluent with the following software: MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and somewhat or very familiar with Adobe In-Design and Photoshop. Expected to be on time and prompt each work day - Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Position is for immediate start (or as soon as possible).Full Time Position with Benefits.Salary range for this position is between $40-$46K/Year dependent upon skills, attitude and any other related experience.
