Please visit us at this position you will be charged to create, manage and measure digital engagement campaigns for an integrated portfolio of products targeting senior and mid-level business executives. Through creative, clear and compelling web and socialmedia communications you will drive engagement and awareness of IIR USA's events. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in growing communities on socialmedia and creating year round engagement strategies that result in revenue growth for the business.As a Social Media Strategist for our Marketing Division of conferences your responsibilities will include creating new content as well as recruiting and developing relationships with content partners to feed IIR's social media outlets (blog, twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). You will work closely with the Marketing and Production teams to create communication strategies where social and digital are integrated at all consumer touch points. Additionally, you will be responsible for recommending and staying updated on new media outlets and trends for company exposure, while developing and measuring social media campaigns for related events. The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive nature, a passion for an array of Innovation/ Design/Marketing/Market Research topics and technologically savvy with regards to media outlets and staying on top of trends. You must also be deadline driven and able to travel.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our social media audience for Marketing Division's portfolio of conferences based on key demographics and psychographics. Strengthen the brands and increase community engagement for multiple Marketing Division portfolios on social media by producing creative and compelling content. Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging and community maintenance. Create strategy to secure and manage influencer partnerships and content relationships to increase reach and ensure high caliber community content quality. Grow web traffic for IIR's Marketing Division by evaluating and improving SEO. Generate engagement that leads to increased revenue conversions for IIR's Marketing Division through analysis of content initiatives to create the campaign that drives the greatest results. Write clear, compelling communications and feature stories for the Marketing Division's event websites and blogs for targeted demographics. Manage the creation and release plans of digital content assets for Marketing Division's events -- including podcasts, webinars, video, etc.Requirements: A proven track record in social media strategy and management. Experience planning, managing and executing successful social media campaigns. The ability to write creatively, clearly, and compellingly. An eye for detail and impeccable grammar. Experience with web publishing, HTML, SEO and basic content management systems. Able to work with minimal direction and supervision; independent and self-sufficient. Able to think strategically and are results driven. Ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Programming knowledge, Video editing, Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. Compensation: Base Salary plus bonusPrincipals only.
