Who should apply?We will consider recruiters with at least 6 months of experience in agency recruiting and a minimum education of a Bachelors degree from a top school. We are not looking for experience in human resources. We are looking for customer-oriented salespeople who have worked in an agency setting, love tech and are extremely self-motivated and have the experience and maturity to be a recruiter for our web development practice. You should also understand that this is not a 9:30- to 5pm job. Our recruiters take part in a unique incentive program that allows each of our recruiters to share in the companies' profits.
