Client Support Specialist A leading Employee Screening business which services Fortune 1000 clients is seeking a Client Support Specialist. 34 hours per week. Benefits include vacation, holiday and personal time. Our drug testing and background investigation services are available on a nationwide basis. Our business has seen continuous growth since we started in 1995. Job Specific Skills: - Answer telephone calls and resolve client concerns and questions - Maintain and manage client accounts and relationships - Conduct thorough client survey calls within the expected weekly average - Timely follow-up with clients regarding issues and questions - Document client contact information in Client Database system - Set up new accounts, new clinics, new collection sites - Order supplies for clients - Coordinate and conduct client conference calls - Liaise with collection sites, laboratories, and background investigators - Prepare reports as required - Familiar with Microsoft programs such as word, outlook and excel. - Prepare document mailings and shipments - Assist team members - Job involves sales calls to new prospects.
