We are a small automotive glass business looking to fill the position of office assistant/ticket writer. This position includes working one-on-one with customers and the sales team. It is a full time job and Saturdays are mandatory. Job responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance claims, writing invoices, data entry, maintaining company calendar, scheduling installs, making follow-up calls, maintaining a minimal inventory log, and supporting the sales team. Our ideal candidate must be able to multitask, excel in customer service, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times while prioritizing their tasks. Experience working with the public is a plus. Experience working with an ipad and apps can give you an advantage as most of our work is paperless. You will work in a busy yet friendly work environment. Generally you can expect to average 40-50 hours a week with paid overtime. Pay will start at $9.00/hr.
