Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Development, the Grants Manager assists with all grant management tasks, including research, grant writing, grant program design and implementation, compliance and grant reporting. Responsibilities: Performs research on available grants, awards, etc. and works on grant applications to fund various programs. Assists in and monitors the implementation of the grants with program managers, ensures compliance requirements are met, and establishes outcome reporting measures and documentation. Prepares reports on grant outputs and outcomes; coordinates input from program managers and meets deadlines from funders. Assists in marketing and public relations related to grant funding.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience with non-profit grant writing and management required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with fundraising software and/or data management programs.
