The B2B Content Writer for Telcare is responsible for developing, writing and editing content for print and electronic formats in collaboration with various departmental stakeholders for internal and external business clients, e.g. sales team, clients and partners. This position is also responsible for developing an internal content library and managing existing content to ensure materials remain up-to-date and accurate, reflect the current market messaging and branding, and are in compliance with our quality standards. Our business-to-business or B2B content needs include but are not limited to sales proposals and supporting materials, brochures, presentations, copy for outreach campaigns, product overviews, technical requirements documents, account management and implementation materials, internal and external training and communications materials. The B2B Content Writer reports directly to Telcare's B2B Communications Manager and works closely with this individual and sales and marketing teams to meet departmental objectives; this role also coordinates with other departments including account management, implementation and product to develop appropriate tools, resources and content for Telcare's client-facing teams. Key Responsibilities:• Write original content, including but not limited to client-facing content such as product descriptions, solution overviews, new feature/product announcements, B2B web copy, proposals, white papers, case studies, summaries, training, account management and implementation materials, etc. in accordance with marketing and sales strategies• Develop new content and materials as needed to support active sales opportunities as well as ongoing sales opportunities with existing clients and partners• Provide content input and direction to incorporate Telcare mission and vision and support departmental objectives• Collaborate with B2B Communications Manager to write content that supports B2B marketing campaigns and outreach efforts, for event-based marketing campaigns, content campaigns around webinars, white papers and case studies as well as internal/external communications campaigns regarding new features/products, client updates, etc.; may include actual content as well as copy for email campaigns, landing pages and web copy• Collaborate with the account management and product teams to create new sales and B2B marketing content that reflects up-to-date, market-ready solutions as well as client stories and use cases, e.g. new product releases, client testimonials, etc.• Develop and manage an internal content library; manage content queue and coordinate with the Executive Administrator who manages the Libraries to share new resources and the release of market-ready sales materials internally, e.g. new sell sheets, white papers, case studies, etc.• Create and refine content development processes and resources to improve turnaround times and the dissemination of resources internally and externally Education:• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or Healthcare Administration from an accredited four year college or the equivalent combination of a Bachelor's Degree in another field and commensurate work experience.Experience/Knowledge:• 5-7 years of experience writing B2B content, including sales and marketing materials, technical documents, proposals, Web and email copy• 3+ years of experience writing B2B content in the healthcare, wellness, care management, medical device, or other health care-related field; experience writing in a technology field a plus• Previous experience in healthcare and/or mhealth with a demonstrated ability to understand the healthcare and employer markets and associated communication needs• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong project management skills, ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities• Demonstrated experience managing content projects with multiple stakeholders both internal and external• Client relationship management experience • Prior experience presenting to internal and external C-suite level executives• Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative when appropriate• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Detail oriented and able to manage own time efficiently and effectively• Experience with lead generation/lead nurturing software solutions such as Marketo or similar solution a plus• Excellent computer skills required, including proficiency with MS Office applications, CRM system, especially, process flow and communication design softwareEnvironmental Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:• Must possess mobility to work in and move about in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer. • Sitting in a seated position for extended periods of time• Finger dexterity required to manipulate small objects such as using a keyboard• Communication skills using the spoken word, both in person and over the telephone• Visual ability to read materials in either a printed format or on a computer screen• Ability to hear well enough to carry on a normal conversation, both in person and over the telephone• Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite frequent interruptions• Ability to travel via all forms of transportation
