MIT's Office of Resource Development is seeking a motivated and mission driven recruiter to assist in staffing up for a significant capital campaign. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions from office support and software developers to high-level fundraisers and department leadership. The ideal candidate would have a year of full desk agency recruitment experience and a couple years of in house recruiting experience in a highly matrixed medium to large organization. You should enjoying recruiting for both sales and technical roles and will be deeply versed in behavioral interviewing and passive candidate sourcing techniques. You keep abreast of best practices in strategic talent management and are interested in growing your career in HR. You are comfortable managing a challenging req load in a highly customer-service focused environment and pride yourself on forging strong relationships with your candidates and hiring managers by over-delivering on your commitments.
